Why Vetromani

Why Homeowners in Coral Springs Choose Vetromani.

01

We Know These Floor Plans

Coral Springs was built in the same few decades, so the same handful of layouts keep turning up: the wall between the kitchen and family room, the garden tub nobody uses, the sunken living room. We've thought carefully about all of them.

02

We Work With Your HOA

Most Coral Springs neighborhoods have an association, and some want approval before work begins. Tell us what your community requires and we'll plan the project to fit within it rather than around it.

03

Honest About What You Don't Need

You'll work with the family that runs the company, not a call center. That also means we're honest when a smaller change would get you most of the result for a fraction of the budget.

04

See The Wall Come Down First

Every estimate includes a complimentary AI rendering of the finished space — particularly useful when you're deciding whether taking down a wall is worth it.

The Same Few Things We See in Coral Springs Homes

Coral Springs got built more or less all at once, so the same handful of floor plans keep turning up. After a while you can more or less guess the layout from the driveway.

Four things come up almost every visit. The wall between the kitchen and the family room. The oversized tub taking up half the bathroom that gets used maybe twice a year. The sunken living room. And the floors — either small tile with wide grout lines, or carpet in a room that should never have had carpet down here.

None of it takes a dramatic renovation. Opening that kitchen wall is usually pretty straightforward, though if it's holding up the roof you'll need a beam, and we'll tell you which one you've got when we come out — not after demo has already started. Turning that tub into a real walk-in shower usually makes the bathroom feel twice the size.

Nearly every neighborhood here has an HOA, and some want approval before anyone starts, so we build that into the plan.

Please — that's one of our favorite jobs here. Those tubs eat half the room and almost nobody uses them. Turning that footprint into a properly waterproofed walk-in shower usually makes the bathroom feel about twice the size.

Usually, yes. Coral Springs floor plans closed those off and it's the most common request we get here. If the wall is holding up the roof you'll need a beam. We'll tell you which it is at the estimate rather than after demo starts.

Not if we plan for it. Requirements vary — some communities only care about exterior changes, others want notice before any contractor is on site. Tell us what yours asks for and we'll fit the project and the work hours around it.

Large porcelain tile, most of the time. It shrugs off wet feet coming in from the pool, it doesn't mind the humidity, and fewer grout lines makes these floor plans feel noticeably bigger. It's also about the easiest thing there is to clean.

Yes. We come out, measure, and talk through what's actually bothering you about the space. Then you get written pricing and a rendering of the finished room. No charge, and no obligation to go ahead with it.

Plumbing, electrical and structural work — including taking out a load-bearing wall — generally needs a permit from the City of Coral Springs. New flooring usually doesn't. We'll handle whatever your project requires.

Usually 4 to 8 weeks of construction, depending on scope and how long materials take to arrive. Bathrooms are quicker, around 2 to 6. If we're taking out a structural wall, add a bit for the engineering and inspections.
