Why Vetromani

Why Homeowners in West Palm Beach Choose Vetromani.

01

One Trip, Every Material

We're about 45 minutes south and we're upfront about it. Consultations and measurements happen at your home; the showroom visit is one trip where you settle every selection at once instead of driving between suppliers for weeks.

02

Patience With Older Homes

West Palm Beach's historic neighborhoods are full of houses with plaster walls, original tile, and layouts from another era. Those need a slower approach than new construction, and we'd rather take that time than force a modern method onto an old house.

03

The Same People Throughout

You'll work directly with the family behind the company. The same people who quote your project stay involved through the build, which matters more when you're not around the corner from us.

04

No Guessing From A Distance

Every estimate includes a complimentary AI rendering of the finished space, so distance never means guessing about how a material will look in your room.

Older West Palm Beach Homes Take a Little More Care

The neighborhoods east of I-95 — El Cid, Flamingo Park, Old Northwood — are full of old Spanish-style houses, and they need a gentler touch than something newer.

Start with the walls. Real plaster doesn't act like drywall. It cracks differently, it won't hold a screw the same way, and patching it well takes a bit of skill. We'd rather fix it than cover the whole house in drywall mud, because once that texture is gone the rooms lose the thing that made them special in the first place.

Kitchens are the honest challenge. They were built as small back rooms, tucked out of the way, and the trick is making one actually work without stripping the character out of it. Bathrooms often have original tile worth a second look before anyone throws it out.

One heads-up: changing something on the outside of a historic home can need city approval. Inside is usually more relaxed. We'll tell you which one you're dealing with. West of the highway it's a different story — newer houses that are perfectly sound, just dated.

We do, regularly. We're about 45 minutes south in Pompano Beach. The consultation, the measuring and the work all happen at your place — the only trip you'd make is one visit to the showroom to pick materials, and most people knock that out in an afternoon.

Yes, and we'd rather repair plaster than rip it out. It cracks differently than drywall and doesn't hold fasteners the same way, so it takes patience. But once that original texture is gone, the rooms lose a lot of what made the house worth having.

Possibly, for anything you change on the outside. Interior work is usually a lot more relaxed. Tell us the address and what you're hoping to do, and we'll find out which side of that line you're on before you plan around it.

That's most of what we do in those neighborhoods. They were built as little back rooms, so the goal is making one function properly without stripping the character out. Often that means borrowing space from a pantry or hallway rather than knocking out every wall.

Bathrooms, kitchens, tile and flooring, and full home renovations. We're a tile showroom too, so you pick your materials with us and our own guys install them — no getting handed off between a supplier and a contractor.

If you're touching plumbing, electrical or anything structural, generally yes, through the City of West Palm Beach. Swapping flooring usually doesn't need one. Historic properties and downtown condos can have extra steps. We'll work out what applies and handle it.

Bathrooms usually run 2 to 6 weeks of actual construction, kitchens 4 to 8. Older homes up here sometimes add a little time when we open a wall and find something unexpected. We'd rather warn you about that upfront than surprise you halfway through.
