Remodeling & Tile in Parkland

Most Parkland homes aren't worn out — they were simply finished to a builder's standard. Taking them from standard to custom is the work we enjoy most, and as a family-owned showroom and remodeling company we handle every part of it ourselves.

Why Vetromani

Why Homeowners in Parkland Choose Vetromani.

01

Large Floors, Done Properly

Parkland floor plans are big and open, which is exactly where large-format tile either looks spectacular or goes wrong. Flat substrates and controlled lippage are the difference, and neither can be fixed once the grout is in.

02

We Work Within Your Community's Rules

Many Parkland communities have architectural standards and an approval process before work starts. Tell us what your association or management company requires and we'll plan the project to fit it rather than fight it.

03

You'll Know Who's Accountable

For a project of any size you want to know who's actually accountable. You'll work directly with the family behind the company, and the same people stay involved from the estimate through the final walkthrough.

04

See It At Full Scale

Every estimate includes a complimentary AI rendering of the finished space — worth having when you're choosing a material that will run across a very large area.

Most Parkland Homes Don't Need Fixing — Just Finishing

Remodeling in Parkland is a little different from the rest of Broward, because these houses usually aren't worn out. They're just basic.

Most came with whatever the builder threw in — entry-level cabinets, a plain countertop, standard tile. Nothing's wrong with any of it. It's just that a big beautiful house with builder-grade finishes still feels like a big house with builder-grade finishes, and that's what people want to change.

The size of these homes is what makes the work tricky. When you run big tile across a wide open floor, the floor underneath has to be genuinely flat first. If it isn't, you end up with edges sitting slightly high, and once the light catches them you'll see it all the way down the room. We sort that out before any tile goes down, because there's no fixing it after.

One other thing worth mentioning: quartz counters can fade in direct sun. If you've got a big wall of glass, we'll usually point you somewhere else for that spot.

Not at all — we hear that one a lot up here. These houses are usually in great shape, they just came with the builder's basic finishes. Upgrading those is a different sort of project than fixing up an aging home, and honestly a cleaner one.

Yes, and the prep is what matters. Big tile over a wide open floor only looks right if the floor underneath is genuinely flat first. Otherwise you get edges sitting proud and you'll spot it all the way down the room. We sort that out before anything gets set.

Yes, and plenty of Parkland communities are the same. There's usually an application and sometimes a board meeting, and management companies move at their own pace. We get it going early so your start date turns out to be a real one.

It can. Quartz is great stuff, but it can fade unevenly in direct sun, so for a spot getting hammered with light all day we'll usually suggest a porcelain or a natural stone instead. Small detail, but it saves regret down the line.

Of course — we're about 25 minutes east. We'll measure, walk through what you want changed, then follow up with written pricing and a rendering so you can see it before deciding anything. No charge and no pressure.

Plumbing, electrical and structural work generally requires one from the City of Parkland. Cosmetic work like flooring usually doesn't. Your community may want its own approval separately. We'll tell you what applies and take care of the permitting.

Bathrooms run about 2 to 6 weeks, kitchens 4 to 8. Parkland houses are large, so a whole-floor tile job takes longer simply because of the square footage, and community approval adds time before we can start. We'll be upfront about the whole picture.
