Yes — Oriole, Palm Lakes, Holiday Springs and the rest. Those projects tend to be focused: flooring throughout, or a bathroom made genuinely easier to use. They're not small to the person living there, and we don't treat them that way.

About fifteen minutes east on Atlantic. We're at 2101 NW 33rd St in Pompano Beach with free parking out front. Come in whenever we're open, no appointment needed, and take samples home to see them in your own place.

Plumbing, electrical and structural work generally requires one from the City of Margate. New flooring usually doesn't. If you're in a villa or 55+ community they may want notice as well. We'll sort out what's needed.

It comes down to size, materials, and whether the plumbing moves. Because we carry a range of price points there's usually more flexibility than people expect. We'll measure and give you a real number instead of a vague range.
